Be excellent to each other

Yes I named my blog title off of a Bill and Ted quote. Don't worry I am not devoting this blog to the movie. The reason for it is that my job has put me in a position to where I have felt that I must recite their first rule in the movie. No it is not the quote party on. It would be the quote Be excellent to each other. In the past few weeks I have had a nice feeling to where I think my supervisor is wanting to get rid of me. Sometimes I wish that she would follow the rule be excellent to each other. Sometime I feel that none of the leads or supervisors follow that rule. It seems to me that it is only about who can kiss more but than who or who can disregard the others feelings. But that is only how I feel. To me they dont treat their employees fairly. I know that every company has their favorites, but as it stands to me there are more favorites and "clicks" then anything else. For this I felt compelled to quote  the Bill and Ted Rule #1 Be excellent to each other.  I think that its a very good rule for both in the work place and outside of the work place. There is a bible verse that is similar to it. The verse it Ephesians 4:31-32- Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words and slander as well as all types of evil behavior. Instead be kind  to each to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you. I know I need to follow that rule as well. In fact I am trying really hard to follow that rule on the bible verse. It is a work in progress but eventually I will get there. That is one thing i am asking God to help me with. Along with the Golden Rule as well. The Golden rule states treat someone as you would like to be treated. Another rule of thumb I am asking God to help with. As you can see I am far from perfect and I need a lot of work as well. That is why I am constantly asking for God to help me because as of lately I am needing his help with those things among other things. With God helping me I will get there. Anyhow I am going to end my blog for the day.
