Mommy time

My kids have a developed some much needed mommy time, and I have found that they usually ask for it at night when they go to bed. To me I think is great because, I miss putting my little monkeys to bed at night. Working second shift for me is hard on both me and my kids. Tonight I put them to bed and read them a story before, thinking that they would go to sleep. Well as it turns out they REALLY wanted mommy time. I can't really say that I blame them. I needed my bonding time with my kids. Well DJ found a way to get her mommy time in before bed. She requested that she plays with my hair. I asked her if that would help relax her and get her to go to sleep and she said yes. Well as it turns it does help her alot. She gets to spend time with mommy, and i get some time with her. Riley was wanting mommy time too, and I totally understand I want my Riley time as well. I dont mind them wanting mommy time it all works out. I am happy because I get to spend time with my kids at night and snuggle with them, and they get their mommy time. Everyone is happy well as far I know atleast. Now to move my little DJ to the couch so she doesnt take up so much room on my bed and i can have some Jason time before I have to wake up and get DJ up for school in the morning. Tomorrow and Thursday are nap days due to work. Well I am going to get off this short little rant and I will talk to you all later.
